In this time, Liz has brought valuable and much loved rugs and tapestries back to their former glory. Liz is expert in hand restoration, re-weaving oriental treasures so that they look good as new, and are protected against the wear and tear of every day life. Whether your carpet is a Ferahan, Tabriz, Bokhara or Sarouk, whether it's an heirloom or a much loved holiday purchase, Liz can offer expert advice and restoration.
 The restoration process
Liz will identify the age, region and weave of your carpet. Consulting with you, she will then propose a restoration plan to suit your needs and budget (from re-binding side-cords, to securing ends and fringes; from re-building pile in threadbare areas to re-weaving tears and holes). Liz works by hand, using high quality wools carefully blended to the original colours.
